Orders are shipped every business day (Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays). Unless otherwise noted during checkout, all in-stock orders are shipped within 2 - 3 business days following credit card authorisation and verification and our carrier aims to deliver the next business day.
If a package has not been delivered within 7 days or more from ordering, please contact us (email@example.com) and send us written notice of non-receipt. Once received, a claim will be filed with our carrier. If the carrier cannot provide a signature confirmation of delivery, the recipient will then have the option of a full credit for the purchase amount or a reshipment of the order.
